Sunny Hill Park is a clean, quiet and friendly RV Park located in Liberty Hilll, Texas, which is close to Austin, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Burnet and Lampasas.  Sunny Hill RV Park is easy to find, being on Hwy. 29 directly accross from the High School at a traffic light.  After entering the Park, pick up a site map across from the office/laundry and pass a few mobile homes to reach the RV sites in the back of the park - away from the noise of the highway

All sites have full hook-ups and 20/30/50 amp service.  Free WiFi..  We are within easy driving distance to restaurants, malls, outlet malls, and area lakes. Dinosaur tracks are visible nearby in the South San Gabriel river bed (low river level - some wading may be required). We are also very close to Meridell Achievement Center.


  2 - Pull-thru sites for our overnight guests and full-time guests at the discretion of the management
36 - Standard  Back-in sites mostly occupied by long-term guests.  Some have storage units.
15 - Premium Sites
        1 - No canopy - extra wide site
        2 - Partial canopy - Covers two vehicles parked side by side and the activity area next to the RV. 
        8 - Full canopy - side by side parking - Covers RV and two vehicles parked side by side.
        4 - Full canopy - tandem parking - Covers RV and two vehicles parked in tandem.  These are Pull Thru Sites

RATES:

     Daily:   (1 to 12 Days)
                 All Sites - Includes electricity  .................................................................................................$25.00 per day


      Monthly:  (13 Days or longer.  Minimum one month)
                 Standard Sites (back-ins or pull-thrus at management's discretion)   .................................... $250.00 + electricity                
                 Heavily Shaded Standard Sites   ......................................................................................  $275.00 + electricity 
                 Premium Sites - no canopy       .........................................................................................$300.00 + electricity 
                 Premium Sites - partial canopy ..........................................................................................$375.00 + electricity
                 Premium Sites - full canopy.......................................   ......................................................$450.00 + electricity
                          An Electric Deposit of $100.00 to $150.00 is required
                          Pre-payment of eleven months rent = twelve months rent.
                          If a resident leaves after one full month of occupancy, additional days will be prorated

PETS:
Dogs over 20# must be approved in advance.  Certain breeds and aggressive dogs are prohibited.  Other pet restrictions may apply.

CUSTOM MODIFICATIONS for long-term residents:  Most sites can be modified to suit long-term guests with such features as decks and stairs, fenced yards, extra large storage buildings, dog runs, concrete patios, etc.
